Symantec has created a hotfix to resolve this issue. It is attached to this KB. To apply this fix do the following:
- Download KB41550 CE6.0 Hotfix.zip
- Extract “UpdateCE.exe” from the .zip file into the “<eXpress share>\Agents” folder.
- Extract “altiris-daceservice-6.9.257.X86.dll” and “altiris-dagentce-6.9.257.X86.exe” from the .zip file into the “<eXpress share>\Agents\CEAgent” folder.
- Extract “UpdateCE.bin” and import it into the jobs of your console.
- Run the new job “UpdateCE” against all your Windows CE Clients to update them.
