Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Boot Disk for Automation partition.
2. Use WinPE as the OS automation.
3. Unselect to install the silent mode.
4. Drag and drop the Winpe.exe from the Resource folder\X86\Winpe.exe.
5. Install process.
6. Altiris Partition Installer for Windows v6.9(8853), "You are about to install an Altiris embedded partition."
7. Click OK.
8. Start the 7 steps to install. The Altiris partition succesfully installs and reboots.
9. Next it states: "Windows loading files." Then you see the Blank Box with a Blank Button.
   If you select the Blank button, it reboots.
   
   
10. You receive error, "The application failed to initlize properly (0x0000142). Click OK to terminate the application."
