Issue/Introduction

I receive the error, "Unable to start the service: Altiris Deployment Server DB Management." The error indicates that the required file could not be found.

GSS 3.3

Cause

Unknown. The Event and Error logs do not give any insight into the cause.

Resolution

This issue was resolved by reinstalling Ghost Solution Suite using the existing database and file structure.
