You have noticed some issues while trying to download some packages on your client machines.

You will get this suspended message under the following circumstances.
This causes a time delay on when the client will next try to request the information. On resumption, it backs off exponentially, the first time for 3 minutes, then for 6 minutes, then 12 minutes, and so on.
Note: Other processes or maintenance windows could also be interfering with the Software Update Cycle allowing the client to download the updates. Ensure that the Software Update Cycle is scheduled for a time when it is least strenuous on the SMP Server.
