Error that pkdglvlk.tmp and taskSchedulerLock.tmp files are in use

Issue/Introduction

When the backup tries to back up the Altiris Agent folder, these files cause errors that say they are in use:

C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Software Delivery\pkdglvlk.tmp
(It may also be found in C:\program files\ALTIRIS\ALTIRIS AGENT\PackageDownload\pkgdlvlk.tmp)
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Tasks\AexTaskSchedulerLock\taskSchedulerLock.tmp

Cause

These two files are in use when the Altiris Service is running.

Resolution

Exclude these two files from the backup process.
