Issue/Introduction

VIP access app is updated on an Android device, and 3001 errors appear in the app.  The errors can start happening after a few days after the upgrade

Resolution

This issue occured when version 3.1.2 of the app was released.  Updating to 3.1.3 or later would resolve the issue.

This issue is also occuring with an upgrade to the 4.0 version of the app.  Development is looking at the cause of this issue currently.
