VIP Enterprise Gateway Administrator Console shows a blank white screen when accessing the EG URL. This can occur in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
If using Edge, in the Internet Properties window, click the Security tab. Select the Trusted sites entry and click the Sites button. Enter the VIP EG address for the trusted website in the Add this website to the zone text field. Click the Add button, then click OK to save the website addition. (note: Internet Explorer is no longer a support browser)
There is also a workaround for disabling SSL by doing the following:
Change the URL (or IP address) from
https://localhost:8232/vipegconsole. Once logged in, either update the bookmark that you are using, or change the console settings.
