Issue/Introduction

Customer Authentication requests are successful only with the LDAP password (even without the OTP).

 

Cause

OWA integration was not done correctly. Under VIP Integration Settings Page – Plugin’s URL Configuration – Protected URL for IIS was incorrect.

 

Resolution

Requested customer to uncheck all the options under Plugin's URL Configuration. Suggested to click on OWA - Select 2013 - Remove everything from Text Box.

Enter: /owa/auth.owa - Click OK - Restart the IIS.

Authentication with OTP Successful.

Authentication Without OTP Failed.

Authentication with incorrect OTP Failed.
