At this time, the following browsers are supported for all VIP systems (VIP EG Console, Self Service Portal, VIP Manager).

- Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 8.0, 9.0, or 10.0
- Firefox versions 21 or 22.

Other browsers may work, however, performance, display, and functionality are not necessarily guaranteed.

Note: If you want to use Internet Explorer to access VIP Enterprise Gateway Configuration Console, you must disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC).

Note: Please always check the appropriate VIP Enterprise Gateway Install and Config guide for the Browser and Operating System support depending on the VIP Enterprise Gateway version you are currently using.
