Issue/Introduction

When using a template built using Template builder in one language with PC Transplant capture wizard (PCTWiz.exe) on a computer using a different language, folders and/or file types specified in the template are not migrating. If you run the capture wizard in interactive mode (not quiet) the folders or file types are not listed on their corresponding tabs.

Cause

There is a bug in the translation resources causing certain strings to not be translated correctly. The attached spreadsheet contains a list of where these translation discrepancies have been identified.

Resolution

Workarounds:

• Continue using separate templates for each language you need to capture.
• Build a combined template. This entails building a template for each language you need to migrate, then, in a text editor, copying the Folders and File Types lines all into a single file. With this method, the translations will still fail, but PCTWiz will still be able to find at least one line that is in the correct language and will therefore still work

Fix: This issue will be addressed in a future hotfix.
