Sign Authentication Request option missing from SAML configuration tab

Issue/Introduction

• SAML authentication configuration option provides an option to sign SAML Authentication requests as shown in the following screenshot
• Option appeared in Portal and then disappeared next time administrator went into SAML options

Environment

• WSS Authentication enabled
• SAML protocol used to Authenticate
• Independent of cookie or IP surrogacy options

Cause

Portal was incorrectly updated with the flag to show the option to Sign SAML Authentication requests. This is a feature that will ship in a future version of WSS, but should have not been available at this stage.

Resolution

SAML Authentication request signing feature will be available in future release of WSS.
