PMimport fails with NoSignature error on AeXPatchAssessment.exe.TMP

Downloaded file has an incorrect or missing digital signature, previous 
version of the file will not be replaced. An error occured while verifying 
trust for object 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Patch 
Management\Downloads\Tools\AeXPatchAssessment.exe.TMP' (NoSignature).

Cause

Corrupted AeXPatchAssessment.exe file on CDN.

Resolution

Symantec engineering has published a new AeXPatchAssessment.exe file. CDN replication and PMImport run successfully.
