Issue/Introduction

You have upgraded to Symantec Data Loss Prevention(DLP) 15.5 MP2 from 15.5 or 15.5 MP1 and after applying the patch the SymantecDLP services are disabled and will not start.

Cause

Old Vontu services from 15.x are enabled and running after the upgrade

Resolution

Stop and Disable the Vontu services and start the SymantecDLP services.
