Issue/Introduction

After adding a new Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Connection on Settings> Global within Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 4.x, the Entities tab of the Search page  does not show all devices from the new SEPM Connection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Install SEDR 4.1
  2. Created 3 SEP's with same IP address and hostname.
  3. RESULT: SEDR entities page only displays 1 endpoint entry

Environment

  • ECC 2.0 enabled
  • Multiple SEPM Connections configured

Cause

 


 

Resolution

Symantec commits to resolve this behavior in the next public release version of SEDR.
