Issue/Introduction

Trying to create a CEM package on the SMP server generates an error.

Failed to generate package.  Profile specified by guid: 8f03-42c6-8b43-1e9a0c69ad can't be loaded.  Package creation terminated.

ITMS 8.5

Cause

Looking at the communication profile it was noticed that they had cloned the default communication profile and then deleted the default communication profile.

Resolution

Generate a new default communication profile.   Right click on the communication profile and select New  Profile.   

Note:  The default communication profile will have a little yellow badge in the icon.  A cloned one will not have the yellow badge.
