DAC Configured with a list of IP/Hostnames fails to render

Issue/Introduction

DAS is not running the scan when using a list of Hostnames/IPs.

[2019-11-04 21:10:12.0364][ERROR][WEB-API][258][Exception rendering channel (DAC for Executable Binary Reputation) for customer 2]Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: address

Cause

This is due to using a list of Hostnames/IPs instead of an IP range.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in version 4.3.
