CloudSOC Policy will not trigger on words that contain special characters

Issue/Introduction

Trying to have a policy trigger on words with accents or other special characters does not work for txt files but does with .doc files

Resolution

This is currently functioning as designed.  As this is related to a third party there is not currently any plans to change how this functions.  This only happens with txt files and only if those files do not have enough data to recognize them as a Latin1 character set.
