"Aw, Snap This site can't be reached" error when browsing through Web Isolation

Issue/Introduction

You receive the error message "Aw, Snap this site can't be reached. example.com took too long to respond."

Resolution

This error message indicates that the Web Isolation TIE (Threat Isolation Engine) processing the request was not able to establish a TCP connection with the destination web site.

It is recommended to verify that any upstream device such as a Fire Wall is not dropping the connection and check that the correct Internet gateway / routes are being used.
