The Messaging Gateway Disarm feature takes all actions on a disarmable attachment, even if not all actions are selected by the administrator configuration.

Issue/Introduction

Under some rare circumstances Disarm may treat all configurable options as selected, even if some options are unselected in the administratively defined configuration. This issue results in some disarmable data being removed unexpectedly.

Cause

The default state of Disarm has all configurable options selected for removal. Under some rare circumstances, Disarm may fall back to the default configuration instead of using the currently active administratively defined configuration.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the Messaging Gateway 10.7.3 version release and newer.
