When Disarm replaces a document attachment, it may change the filename

Issue/Introduction

When an attachment file name contain a mix of charater sets, after being scanned by Disarm, the filename may be changed.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in version 10.7.3 and later, Disarm maintains the original filename.
