Issue/Introduction

Attempting to generate a diagnostics file on Messaging Gateway with the "download to desktop" option fails without generating an error if the diagnostics file is larger that 2 GB.

Resolution

The "download to desktop" option is limited to file sizes of 2GB or less. If the diagnostics package is larger than 2GB you will need to use either the SCP or FTP options to collect the diagnostics.
