On your portal account under Service > Authentication > Auth Connector the status of the Auth connector it's showing that cannot establish connection with several IP's for example:
Click on details and it will show the following:

This happens when the Data pods that the Auth connector is trying to connect are offline.
Even though the Data pods are offline, the Auth Connector will still try to connect to them because it has connected to them before. Portal instructs Auth Connector to connect to a list of Data Pods they have been connected to in the past because it anticipates that they will need the authentication on those pods. But if they're offline, the status of the Auth connector will show this error. But, users aren't going to be connected to those pods, so the authentication shouldn't be affected.
