SEP Mobile defines apps as unwanted entirely as configured in the Unwanted App Policy in the Management Console (MC).

To determine which unwanted app rule the app violates, login to the MC and Navigate to APPS>Unwanted Apps. You can search for the app and select it, or select the app from the full list. Once the app has been selected, the right panel of the MC will update to show the analysis information of the app in question. Directly to the right of the app name will be the name of the unwanted app rule that the app violates. The admin can then compare the details of the app analysis with the Unwanted App Rule to clarify which specific component of the unwanted app rule the application breaks. If the admin determines this application is not actually unwanted, the Unwanted app rule can be revised, or the application can be whitelisted.
