Access logs fail to upload to Web Security Hosted Reporting Service

Issue/Introduction

When troubleshooting access log uploads to the Web Security Service using SCP you are presented with a forbidden message. 

debug2: channel 0: output drain -> closed

Cause

The Web Security Service blocks the -v flag when connecting to the service. 

Resolution

Remove all verbose debugging flags when troubleshooting, if uploads are failing, you will need to contact technical support for assistance.
