While trying to upgrade to ITMS 8.5 RU3, Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) during the "Install Readiness Check" (IRC) process shows that Microsoft IIS World Wide Web service must be installed.

In some cases you may still see that IIS World Wide Web Service must be installed after letting SIM install the missing features:
Usually this means that a Server restart is needed. The NS logs should display something like this:
