Gathering Your Customer and Environment ID

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Technical Support has requested your Customer ID and Environment ID information. You would like to know where to find this.

Resolution

Method 1.

1. Login to your Symantec Endpoint Security console and navigate to your primary domain.
2. Click the drop-down menu in the top right of the screen by your name/account name.
3. Select About/Support
4. Use the Copy to Clipboard button to easily copy and paste the Customer Id and Current Environment ID to support

 

Method 2

1. Login to your Symantec Endpoint Security console and navigate to your primary domain.
2. Click the "Endpoint" tab.
3. Click the "Integration" button on the left side (the puzzle piece).
4. Click "Client Applications."
5. Provide the CUSTOMER ID and ENVIRONMENT ID to Symantec Technical Support.
