Issue/Introduction

The SBSServer service attempts an internal restart and hangs in an unresponsive state.

The only sign of an issue the service doesn't stop.

Environment

DS 8.5

Cause

Threads were hanging.

Resolution

In RU3, SBSServer has added a forceful stop should the built-in timeout expire
