Pectagent fails when loaded from ISO(USB)

Issue/Introduction

Customer creates a ISO image on a USB flash drive.  When the computer boots from the USB drive, Pectagent fails.

Cause

Files from the Ghost folder were missing from the BDC\OEM folder.

Resolution

In RU3, the Ghost folder has been added under the BDC\OEM path.
