Issue/Introduction

In reviewing the logs it is noted that the DAS makes multiple scan requests for a single scan target.

Cause

A back end issue caused the DAS to perform multiple scan requests for a single scan target.

Resolution

The backend issue has been identified and will be resolved in a future build.
