Can't access public app store such as Google Play Store

Need to be able to download the Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile (SEP Mobile) apk file

Resolution

To find the URL for the apk file do the following:

1. Sign into the SEP Mobile portal.
2.  Click on the "SETTINGS" tab
3. If you are not opened to the Environment Info section, click on Environment Info in the menu on the left.
4. The "Android APK URL:" section lists the URL. Navigate to this URL to download the file.
