PXE doesn't work when Require SSL is set in IIS

Issue/Introduction

Customer had 'SSL required' set in IIS.  PXE didn't work and iPXE doesn't respond. A 403 error was found in the SBS server logs

Environment

DS 8.x

GSS 3.x

All versions of DS and GSS where ipxe is implemented

Cause

The services folder under the deployment website was set to 'require SSL'

Resolution

Open IIS and go to '[NSserver]\Sites\Default Web Site\Altiris\Deployment\Services' .  Open up 'SSL Settings'.  Uncheck 'Require SSL'. and click apply.
