Trusted Domains not Authenticating After Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to current version of SGOS the ProxySG is not trusting "TRUSTED" domain correctly.

• Policy Trace is not matching groups
• Packet Capture returning reply code "No such name" on LDAP SRV request for remote "TRUSTED" Active Directory (AD) domains.

Environment

Upgrading from a version of SGOS that does not utilize site-aware.

Cause

The DNS server the proxy talks to does not have the LDAP SRV records for the proxy to query.

Resolution

• Disable site-aware to have the proxy function as older SGOS versions
