Resolution

To enable SMTP Authentication please apply CCS_12.5_PU_10013_ DCSC-30601-191003081717.zip. Steps to apply fix are included in the package.

Alternatively upgrade your CCS environment to version 12.5.2, where the mentioned QuickFix is already included.
