The Wise Server is installed correctly and can be launched without any issue.
The Wise Software Repository shows that all Databases have been upgraded successfully and shows no errors.
The cause of this is most likely that the users do not have the correct SQL Permissions to install and run the Wise Client.
Make sure that the users who are installing the Wise Client have DBO Permissions. At bare minimum they need Read/Write permissions and Execute all stored procedures for the Workbench Database, Wise Services Database, and Software Manager Database in SQL.
