Endpoint Security Device Groups are not sorted

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Security (SES - formerly known as SEP 15) Device Groups are not sorted in the cloud management console. The on-premises Endpoint Protection Manager console uses a fixed alphanumeric sort order, but the SES console does not appear to follow any order. And groups sometimes change position with no sense that the customer can discern.
