Error to Restore DLP Enforce Server

Issue/Introduction

With the EnforceReinstallationResources.zip, you can restore a Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Enforce configuration and database access onto the same, or different, platform.

During the wizard process, the restore fail and roll back the installation.

Error message:
Failed to open file dialog: error calling GetDisplayName: The parameter is incorrect. (HRESULT:0x80070057) 

 

Environment

Windows Server 2008 
Data Loss Prevention 15.1

Cause

In the installation logs:

DEBUG: Error 2896:  Executing action openFileDialog failed.
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2896. The arguments are: openFileDialog, , 
Action ended 14:41:29: WelcomeDlg. Return value 3.

Resolution

Copy and Paste manually the "EnforceReinstallationResources.zip" file location as the example bellow:
