Converting from Trial License to Full Windows License for On-box Sandboxing

Resolution

When installing the Windows base image for on-box sandboxing, you have the option of selecting a trial license. The trial license is good for 30 days, and can be extended once for another 30 days. Later, if you purchase the full license, you can convert the trial license to full. You will need to have the Windows product key before performing the following steps; the product key is located on the Windows license documentation you received after purchasing the on-box sandboxing license.

1. Select Services > On-box Sandboxing.
2. Click Manage next to the base image. The On-box Sandboxing Configuration window opens.
3. Enter the Windows product key. You must enter the key exactly as provided (uppercase, with dashes).
4. Click Use non-trial key.
