SSL Visibility upgrade from 3x to 4x fails the migration check

Issue/Introduction

When customer is upgrading the SSL Visibility from 3x to 4x there is a migration check. If this check fails with the error message found below please provide the serial number to an SSLV PSE in order to generate a BIOS password.

Failed migration check:

Product Name: SV2800B

ERROR: BIOS PCI Configuration - I/O Above 4GB - is Enabled.

System cannot be upgraded to 4.x. Please contact customer support.To discard this image issue the command 'update reset'

Environment

SSLV 3x attempting to upgrade to 4x

Cause

This is caused by an incorrect BIOS setting

Resolution

Once BIOS password is provided follow steps below:

1. Connect to console port or VGA/Keyboard depending on appliance type.
See KB TECH252595 

2. Restart SSLV

3. Break the boot sequence and enter the BIOS

4. Find the PCI configuration screen

5. Modify the the "Memory Mapped I/O above 4 GB" setting from Enabled to Disabled

6. Save and quit

7. Attempt migration again
