You were receiving your custom reports on a schedule. However, the latest report did not arrive.
At times report generating servers could experience downtime due to maintenance hours which may impact the delivery of scheduled custom reports.
Please be advised, to bring any such issue to our notice as early as possible. Our Technical Support Team would be happy to coordinate with our internal teams and resources to address the issue as early as possible. Our Technical Support does not get an alert for such issues so we will not know of the issue until you let us know.
