Login to the Management Console (MC)

Navigate to Settings>Communication>End-User Notifications.

There are a number of pre-defined notification rules present by default. Use the drop-down menus to modify existing rules. The - can be used to remove any existing rules.

To create a new rule, hit the + button that appears when hovering over an existing rule.

Security Event notifications

Can be sent via push notification, email, or foreground alert (android only).

Can be configured to be sent only when they meet a defined severity threshold, or for any severity.

Compliance Event notifications

Can only be sent via email.

Severity cannot be configured.

Protection Event notifications

Can only be sent via push notification.

Severity cannot be configured.

Health Event notifications

Can only be sent via email.

Severity cannot be configured.

 

Note: Push notifications will not be sent when devices have been configured to run in non-interactive mode.
