Dump files are generated on Network Prevent for Email servers.
The hs_err_pid logs show opencv_core310.dll as the faulting module.
The dump files show EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors with opencv_core310.dll as the faulting module.

Cause
OCR detection caused Exception Access Violation errors on Network Prevent for Email servers.
Resolution
This is resolved in DLP 15.5 MP1.
