Messaging Gateway and changes to Brazilian daylight savings time

Issue/Introduction

Messaging Gateway versions prior to 10.7.3 do not reflect the current Brazillian daylight savings time (DST) policy and will continue to automatically apply change to local time based on previous policy for the America / Sao Paulo time zone.

Cause

Changes to time zone behavior require a change to the tzdata operating system package.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed with the SMG 10.7.3 release.
