Issue/Introduction
Instructions to add Web Isolation license when BCL file is available and license server is unavailable.
Environment
On site installation of Web Isolation
Resolution
Log in to the admin console
System Configuration>Licensing>click on the pencil to the right
Under Registration Information, click 'More'
Click the radio button for 'Offline Registration'. Add the BCL file provided and register. A new copy can be downloaded from the license portal and can be provided by support.
