ICSP Agent driver does not block a file it should

Issue/Introduction

Managed to access a file on USB mass storage media on an ICSP protected computer that has not been scanned clean.

Resolution

Before contacting support please check the status of the driver.

Open a command prompt in windows and run

sc query ndevsec

Thould the output not show a running service please try to start it:

sc start ndevsec

If this fails please have these outputs ready when you cantact Symantec Support
