Substatus is unavailable in Windows Security Center with 14.2 RU1 and newer client

Issue/Introduction

After installation or upgrade of the Endpoint Protection client to version 14.2 RU1 and newer, the Windows Security Center displays a substatus for "Virus & threat protection" and "Firewall & network protection" pillars to "Status unavailable, open Symantec Endpoint Protection for information".  Additionally there is no expected green checkmark.

• Windows Security Center will shows a substatus of:  "Status unavailable, open Symantec Endpoint Protection for information"

Environment

• SEP client versions 14.2 RU1 and newer
• Windows 10

Cause

This issue is under investigation
