Endpoint Protection 15 clients show a status of Marked for Deletion and never get removed.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to delete a Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 15 client it's status changes to "Marked for Deletion" and it is never removed.

Resolution

Please contact Symantec Support and provide the following information to allow Cloud Engineering to manually remove the affected clients:

• Customer ID
• Domain ID
• List of clients to be removed
