Issue/Introduction

When trying to install Zoom on Windows, user receives the message Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available.

Cause

This is related to WSS SSL interception and Zoom doesn’t work correctly with our Root Certificate.

Resolution

Solution is include the url zoom.us and *.zoom.us on the SSL Interception exceptions.
