How do I change the Auth Connector (BCCA) password for my Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) tenant?
Auth Connector (BCCA) does not have a specific feature to reset its password as the password is only set when installing the service.
To set the "Auth Connector Name" and "Auth Connector Password" in your Cloud SWG Portal, see: Deploy the Cloud SWG Auth Connector
Also, make sure the these same credentials match on your BCCA service installation on your Windows AD Server. You can set the "Auth Connector Name" and "Auth Connector Password" on your BCCA service when you install or reinstall the BCCA service on your Windows AD Server.
If you need to change the admin username or password for the BCCA service, you'll have to uninstall then reinstall the BCCA (Auth Connector) service on your Windows AD Server.
