Issue/Introduction

You want to change the Auth connector (BCCA) password on your Web security Service (WSS) portal account after installing it on your domain controller server.

Resolution

Auth connector does not have a specific feature to reset its password as the password is only used when installing the service. If you change the password of the Auth connector on your WSS portal you will need to reinstall the Auth connector using the new password and the unique name following the step 4 in this guide.
