Cause

Repackaged Notepad++ installer creates a different key under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\]

Notepad++ product Detection Rule is looking for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Notepad++.

Resolution

Reinstall Notepad++ using the official installer.
